Disadvantages Of Pneumatic Tires
- Mar 27, 2018 -

There are three disadvantages of pneumatic tires:

1, Easy to puncture. Electric scooters are non-motorized vehicles. Although they are fast, they are often pushed out to the outermost side of non-motorized lanes because of their small size and lack of housing protection. Unfortunately, tires such as nails, screws, and stones are not suitable. More than half of the killers are focused on this (all roads are slightly tilted to the sides, not only conducive to drainage, but also to a variety of garbage gathered on both sides), the probability of wear and even puncture the natural increase exponentially.

2, Explosive tires. Electric scooters have a small tire diameter and a small internal cushion, making it easier to puncture tires in hot weather.

3, High maintenance costs. Electric scooters have different tire sizes. Once they are stuck or broken, it is difficult to find universal parts and the repairs are complicated. With regular inspection of the tire pressure and inflation (or deflation), the maintenance cost of pneumatic tires is obvious. Higher than solid tires.
